FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fast Forward Race Cars builds components for racers that are interested in unequaled, uncompromising performance, and has the track record in the Ford marketplace to back up their statements.  Proprietor Aaron Stapleton has a championship in the super-competitive DiabloSport EFI Renegade class in his back pocket, earned behind the wheel of the Sutton High Performance ’05 Mustang.  Now, his race-winning chassis components are available to the public.

The FFRC Ford Fox Body Rear Suspension Kit has recently been released; included are a number of components that are unique to the marketplace and solve specific problems that occur when trying to motivate a Mustang into the single-digit zone on the dragstrip.  “Heavy, high-horsepower cars tend to destroy chassis components on the Mustang platform – all of our components have been specifically designed to take the abuse that Mustang owners can dish out,” says Stapleton.  This kit, designed specifically for Outlaw Drag Radial-style competitors, includes an upper control-arm relocation kit, new lower control arms, and a unique anti-roll bar design that Stapleton feels is the best on the market.  With a retail price of only $999 for all three part numbers, it has become simple to outfit the rear of your Mustang with the same components the pros use.

The FFRC upper control-arm relocation kit has been crafted with long-term strength and ultimate performance in mind.  Double-adjustable control arms ensure ease of adjustment, and the stiffening brackets keep everything in place during abusive launches.  FFRC uses ¾” x ¾” chromoly rod ends for durability, ensuring that no matter what kind of stress the suspension sees it will emerge on the other side with flying colors.

Fast Forward Race Cars crafts their lower control arm kit from some of the toughest raw materials on the market.  1.5” OD tubing is used to create an incredibly strong design, and ¾” x ¾” top-quality chromoly rod ends are also used in the lower arms, ensuring that there will be no issues when the hammer is dropped at 7000RPM.  The chromoly spacers included with the kit will not deform the mounting bolts like the aluminum bushings used by other companies.  One unique touch that FFRC includes with all kits is larger Grade 8 hardware; each body-side mounting hole will need to be enlarged to ½” before installation.

Perhaps the crowning jewel of the entire system is the anti-roll bar.  As the design is made to be removable, it can be installed into vehicles that see plenty of street use without fear of damaging the end-links or bar itself.  FFRC uses a unique mounting system – plates that weld into the car to anchor the bar’s end-plates, which are oversized and feature a spherical bearing mounting system for foolproof installation.  Stapleton explains, “Many shops don’t get the bar perfectly square upon installation.  That can cause the bearing to become bound up and the bar to not work properly.  Our system is designed to work smoothly no matter what.”  Powdercoating covers all applicable suspension pieces for rust-free longevity, and tuning advice is just a phone call away.
